Harneet primarily focuses his practice on the financial services sector.
His main areas of practice include take out and acquisition financing, corporate and commercial lending, asset-based financing, construction financing and multi-jurisdictional transactions, as well as various other areas of commercial financings. Harneet regularly assists developers and entrepreneurs in the acquisition, financing and development of commercial, industrial, hospitality and retail properties. Harneet has an extensive background in secured lending and commercial real estate.
Harneet is from Oakville where he was born and raised, and where he continues to reside with his wife and family. Outside of the office, Harneet enjoys golfing, traveling and weightlifting.
