Tejdeep’s practice in large part consists of: a) secured lending transactions on behalf of banks, credit unions and other major financial institutions; b) acquisition, sales, leasing and development related work for real estate investors and developers; and c) purchase, sales, employment/independent contractor agreements and incorporations and structuring for dentists, veterinarians, physicians and other health care professionals.
