Harjot Sarai is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice group.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2024. While at Queen’s, Harjot served as a Student Case Worker at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic, was an executive member of the Queen’s Women and Law club, and founded the Queen’s Law Sikh Students Association.
Prior to joining TSC Law, Harjot gained experience as a Summer Law Student at a Crown corporation provincial regulator in Toronto.
Outside of the office, she enjoys travelling and staying active through sports—and remains a loyal (and long-suffering) Toronto Maple Leafs fan.
